Not like I need more bread and carbs in my life but this is a great sandwich alternative to Panera, Subway, etc..and is indeed fast and fresh. They even serve alcoholic beverages at their establishment which is a leg up to you Panera Bread .

We tried Fast N fresh for the first time today. The restaurant is a pleasing green color with a somewhat industrial feel and butcher block tables and metal chairs. Ordering is easy. Somewhat like Crispers you order at the front. That is where is similarity ends. Seems like the chef takes your order and another person rings you out far down the line where you can also purchase chips bottled drinks and beer and wine. Fountain drinks are in the dining room. My husband ordered the Bistro Cheddar Panini. He described it as boring. I had the Wasabi Roast Beef Panini. I love Wasabi. This sandwich has cucumbers and spinach in it as well as the roast beef and horseradish. Too me it wasn't a great taste combination. It just wasn't. Maybe others would like that. The place was empty, save for one other couple and it took a little over 10 minutes to get our sandwiches. Seemed like forever. It was probably near closing time. The food was indeed fresh.

Um, I think you've confused me with another customer :( I talked to no one. I just observed. The only quiet comment I said to the order-taker was that I would not be ordering because the sandwich maker did not change her gloves. I put the menu back on the wall and left. There was no scene.

From ordering online to eating my food I can't say a bad word. My sandwich was delicious and the order process ran like a well oiled machine.

Good food, but the service is really inconsistent. Have had two separate issues with service. Once, we were turned away 10 minutes before they closed. Another time, the guy making my salad was great, but I sat at the cash register for a good 10 minutes while 2 employees chatted in the back room & another 2 ate their lunch.

I wanted to pick up a quick lunch to go. This place was nearby. So, I decided to try it. When I arrived, the fact that there were no customers inside might have been an omen, but I just assumed that 11:30 was a little early. Inside, it was obvious that everything is very clean. This restaurant is somewhat of a Subway meets Panera. They serve soups, salads, and sandwiches, which are all prepared in front of you so that you can see what is going into your food. I really appreciated this fact. I decided on a You Pick Two. I selected the Kickin' Crab and Sweet Corn Chowder and the Summer Pecan Salad with chicken added. This is where the review takes a turn south. The salad was haphazardly thrown together by one employee. One of the strawberries still had the stem and leaves on it. Another employee prepared the soup. Utensils and balled up napkins were thrown inside the bags. The meal totaled around 10 dollars. Overall the food was tasty. The portions were small, and the customer service was poor. If you're in the mood for something healthy, I would eat here, but don't expect fantastic customer service.

My mom, Gabriel and I stopped here for lunch today. They opened fairly recently and it looks clean and cute with it's bright green chairs at the outside tables. There was no line and we took our time looking over the menu. There are so many great options, from create-your-own salads to panini, sandwiches, soups and wraps. I decided on the you-pick-2 with a Market salad (mandarin oranges, almonds, cranberries, raisins, apples and baby greens) with the raspberry vinaigrette and the half sandwich (Turkey & Pear - Roasted turkey, cheddar, sliced pear, honey mustard on multigrain). The service was fast but pretty much forgot half of the ingredients for my salad so I had to go back and ask for the almonds, cranberries and raisins. I assume that the employee was new so I guess I can forgive that- but it was a pretty stupid error. The dressing was so-so, but since it's fat-free, that explains that. Overall, for under $10 to have a healthy and tasty lunch is reasonable in my book. The convenient Main st location and outdoor seating is an added bonus. I'm sure I'll be back.

I tried Fast and Fresh for the first time yesterday. Ordered two salads and the crab and corn soup to-go. The salads were VERY good and the portion size was double what a Panera salad usually is. The chicken was of good quality, not fatty, and wasn't salty at all like chicken on salads often is. The soup had great flavor but was lacking any actual pieces of crab. This might just be my new Panera! Oh, and they also have wine and beer!

Dinned in for lunch today and had a fairly decent experience. My salad was delicious but extremely over priced in my opinion. $19 for a salad and a bottle of water didn't really do it for me. In their defense it was like I said, delicious but not worth it for a just a quick lunch by myself. But let's talk about the quick part. Fresh yes, but a bit of false advertisement calling it "Fast." I was seventh in line and waited for close to 20 minutes just to put my order in. The girl behind the counter taking the orders was also doubling on the salad line. She would take a few orders and then ask the next person to please wait while she proceeded to start the last few salad orders that she took, and then would repeat the process alternating between posts. Although very sweet staff, they seemed extremely overwhelmed and under staffed. When I got to the part of paying I had made a comment on being under staffed and the woman said that they were in fact FULLY STAFFED for the lunch rush. Working in restaurants for close to my entire life I can tell you that being fully staffed does not mean the person you have on the register is also making salads. Maybe at 3 in the afternoon it does but not at noon in the middle of a Wednesday rush. All in all I will return, but definitely at a different time of day and will probably stick with a simple less expensive soup n sandwich.

so fresh and delicious. I usually get the far east salad or turkey and pear sandwich. everything is good even the crab chowder soup. the place is always clean and the staff is friendly. best place for lunch or quick bite to eat.

Ordered a wasabi roast beef sandwich. Tasted great. Great Service..nice variety of salads. Good kids menu. Hope they consider opening another one at the Intersection of Rt 70 and LWR Blvd. No good lunch places there!

Poorly run. I get to the register and the girl is still trying to open the register from the prior customer. She gives up, then runs printer out of paper and she only has the wrong size. Another girl goes to the back to get the correct size. When she goes to the store room my wife was coming out of the bathroom and the doors collided. The girl gives up and says she will bring me the receipt and I should go sit down. I had to ask for my cups so I can at least have my drink while they get squared away. I go the fountain drink dispenser and it doesn't work. Get the girl and she has to turn it on. I get my meal and then she brings me the receipt to sign. My copy says $24, the one she wants me to sign says $15. I mention that to her and she just says don't worry about it. I'm about to eat my salad and notice they never gave me my chicken. I go ask for it and another girl said 'I put it on there'. I go back and check again. No chicken. I go ask her again. She says 'I meant I put it on the receipt'. The food was OK. Probably not as healthy as you would think. The vinaigrette was very thick so it was probably full of corn syrup or something. The pecans were also coated with something sweet. Found small crab shell pieces in the soup.

I ordered a Cobb Salad. It was surprisingly huge. The salad was fresh and crunchy. There was virtually no wait time. Friendly service, although a little confusing as a first time guest. Menus are taped on the windows to the entry way. When I asked where the menu was the employee looked at me as if I should know. I had to explain I was new in town and then he was very nice and explained everything. It would be nice if they had more of a beverage choice such as fresh, organic juices. Over all, good experience - salad was tasty and atmosphere was clean and inviting. I'll go back again.

Have your salad made right in front of you just the way you like it lots of options and toppings. Feels very healthy. The staff Is young and energetic. Order to the counter and watch the assembly or go sit in the modern clean table area the salad is served in a nice big container to you can eat there or take it to go

Have been traveling with my husband for work for over a week and difficult to find food with multiple allergy restrictions. I came in last week for the first time and was very impressed with their food. I thought this place was just going to be a knock off of Panera Bread but I was completely wrong. I ordered a half sandwich and half salad. I believe I got the Turkey sandwich and the Greek salad. Both were amazing and fresh. **They do not play around with their salad portions** I ordered a half size and it was enormous and very filling. I will definitely be back to try some more off the menu!

This is one of my FAV salad places! It is not just Fast N Fresh, it is also CLEAN! I am a pretty picky salad person, so I like that I can pick toppings I like, and double the ones that I really like! If you like spicy dressing, try the spicy thai! I can drink that stuff! They also have sandwiches and soup! Very nice place to chill with friends and catch up, or a quick lunch!

I eat here frequently. The restaurant is always immaculate and I've always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. My wife and I are big fans of the Napa salad with salmon and the crab corn chowder is one of the best soups around. It's a great little place, but it can get busy at lunch, so best to get there at 11:30-11:45 to avoid waiting in line. Better yet, you can order to go online. All in all, if you're looking for a healthy option at lunch, you should definitely give them a try.

Love this location compared to Cooper Creek. Staff is pleasant however Kaity rocks and makes everyone else look better. Love this place for fresh salads and the occasional sandwich.
